Southfield, Mich. — Sept. 7, 2018 –David M. Moss and A. Vince Colella, civil rights and personal injury lawyers and title spouses of Southfield-based Moss & Colella, P.C., are named to the 2018 Michigan Super Lawyers list. Both lawyers are 100 percent concentrated on trial lawsuit and also have appeared on the Super Lawyers record multiple occasions.

Moss signifies victims and their families in an assortment of injury cases against insurance companies, national businesses, hospitals, municipalities, and individual defendants. He’s got a unique focus in railroad law, and it has litigated hundreds of cases on behalf of injured railroad employees across the nation. Known for his trial and discussion abilities, Moss has contended before the Michigan Supreme Court and a few Michigan Court of Appeals panels.

Moss is a part of the State Bar of Michigan and the Oakland County Bar Association. In the last several decades, Colella has gained a reputation specifically because of his lawsuit efforts in government accountability, recreational injuries, and civil rights cases.

Colella has functioned as part of the Executive Board of the Michigan Association for Justice (previously known as the Michigan Trial Lawyers Association) and is currently a part of the State Bar of Michigan, the Oakland County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He’s licensed as a plan and frequently serves as a Case Evaluator for the Oakland County Circuit Court Case Management Office. He also received a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Michigan State University.
